Meta Partner Centers

Meta (formerly Facebook) wanted to create a cohesive experience for it's Partner Centers across the globe that would inspire guests and express the company's vision. The result is an interconnected journey made up of interactive experiences that bring Meta’s brands to life in new ways. The Partner Center experience is currently welcoming guests at Facebook's headquarters in Menlo Park, California and has been adapted for local audiences in London and Singapore.

Each installation takes a unique form designed to convey a focused message. Visitors join the community by tossing coins into a digital fountain, then explore the subcultures of Instagram at an incredible scale, and see a viral story spread across the world. The journey reaches its climax with an immersive world map powered by global data insights. Finally, visitors can take the experience home by creating their own Facebook poster and snapping shareable photos on a trompe l'oeil stage set.

This collection of high-touch, interactive experiences elegantly translates the company’s mission and culture while showcasing the brand’s products and services. We collaborated with Meta’s marketing, brand, design, product, innovation, and technology teams to determine each experience’s strategic approach.

High-profile guests needed to understand the company’s approach to making the world more open and connected on an individual and global scale.

We developed a rich data collection and evaluation system to help analyze the designs and improve storytelling as the marketplace continues to evolve, new trends emerge, and the company innovates in unexpected ways.
